Do you ever think that when a new Avatar needs help and they summon one of the other Avatars they think to themselves “Damn, I was hot” or “I looked like a dork”?
I remember one time in class I said that I had never been to starbucks and literally every white girl in class gasped.
Update: I went to Starbucks for the first time today
I’m so fukcing sick of this goddamn meme I’m gonna murder
This meme: I came out to have a good time and I’m honestly feeling so attacked right now
Me: *Comes out my room to see what’s new with my family*
Parents: You never do anything! You’re so lazy! Why can’t you do up some dishes? You never spend any time with the family. This is why you have no friends!
Me: I came out to have a good time and I’m honestly feeling so attacked right now.
What if after Hazel died Van Houten decided to write another book and it was about Hazel and Gus. What if he decided to go by an alias. What if that alias was John Green. What if John Green is secretly Peter Van Houten trying not to be a douche pants?
You know what I love about books? If you find yourself sad, lonely, mad, or just plain upset they can ease the pain, at least for a little while. You can go on new adventures with new people and become friends with the characters. You can find yourself lost in a new story and forget your for a while. And you can never truly lose the characters in the book (despite the fact that they may or may not die). You can always go back and reread their story, and join them once again on their adventures.
